Damoria Walker has served in numberous nonprofit leadership roles, holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Liberty University , and has dedicated her career to service in youth development and human services.

Bryan White is the Chief Financial Officer of Isaiah 117 House, a national nonprofit serving children entering foster care. In this role, he oversees multi-state financial strategy, donor development, investments, and growth planning. He holds an MBA from Radford University and an Executive Certificate from Cornell University. Recognized as a Forbes Finance Council member and Forty Under Forty honoree, Bryan brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, financial strategy, and organizational growth.
Beyond his CFO role, Bryan founded BW Insights, a fractional CFO and consulting firm that equips nonprofits and small businesses with the tools to achieve clarity and confidence. His work reflects a deep commitment to strengthening the backbone of organizations so they can focus on their mission impact.

Chavez Golden serves as the Director of Logistics at Bush Brothers & Company in Knoxville, TN. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Milligan University, an MBA from the Haslam College of Business (University of Tennessee), and is active in numerous philanthropic and human service endeavors.

Elizabeth Oluoch is the Country Director for Mildmay International Kenya and the founder, Mildmay USA. She is an accomplished Public Health Professional and social development leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in program management, strategic leadership for multi-donor programmes, grant management, institutional governance, policy engagement, research and programme scale-up.
She has a strong clinical foundation combined with high-level strategic leadership and is recognized for advancing equitable health access, strengthening community systems and promoting rights-based programming.

Steve Adudans is a medical doctor and CEO of Gear Health, a health and wellness company leveraging technology to increase access to affordable care for Non-Communicable Disease patients in Africa. He is passionate about championing resilient and sustainable solutions for health care problems in developing countries.

We are particularly interested in leaders with experience in healthcare and public health, philanthropy, finance and governance, global missions, higher education and research, business, and strategic leadership.

Prof. Walter Jaoko is a physician and professor of medical microbiology and tropical medicine at University of Nairobi. He trained at University of Nairobi and Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. He is an infectious diseases researcher of more than 35 years where he has published more than 250 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals. He is also a Fellow of the Africa Academy of Sciences. In addition, he is an ethicist and, in this regard, serves as the vice-chair of Strathmore University Research Ethics Committee, and as a member of the World Health Organization (WHO) Research Ethics Committee.
